Project Management
We are happy to manage a project from start to finish. Bringing together different disciplines where needed to ensure the project runs smoothly. That can involve Structural Engineers, Planners, Approved inspectors/Building Control and Specialist Contractors.
Our Building Surveyors can organise make safe works, stripping out, clearing of debris and any specialist testing if required. We can design works for new build, repair or maintenance of buildings, prepare a full working specification, obtain competitive tenders/estimates from building contractors and administer a contract for carrying out the works, including regular inspections and certifying stage payments if appropriate.
We will ensure that the designed works are carried out to a satisfactory standard, on time and to budget.
