We worked with our client from the outset of this project to extend and completely refurbish this detached property in Devon.
Our brief was to provide modern open plan living whilst maximising the space availabe and keeping the traditional style of the original property. Once planning permission was achieved, we worked closely with local contractors to achieve a high quality finish with modern fittings.
As well as the large two storey extension, the works included a new detached double garage, a complete rewire, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new central heating to the first floor, underfloor heating to the ground floor, all floors were insulated and we were able to future proof the loft so that it could be easily converted at a later date.
The front and back gardens were fully landscaped and levelled.
